Article 4 The people's governments of municipalities and autonomous counties shall strengthen the organization and leadership of the protection of electric power facilities, and urge and inspect power supply and consumption units to establish and improve long-term mechanisms for the protection of electric power facilities. Article 5 The comprehensive economic departments of cities and autonomous counties are the power management departments within their respective administrative regions and are responsible for the supervision and management of the protection of electric power facilities. (6) Extracting soil, piling, drilling, excavation or dumping acid, alkali, salt and other harmful chemicals within 10 meters of overhead power poles and cable foundations;
