Time and place of 2023 Food Festival: May 2023 18 to 20 Fuzhou.

The 23rd China Food Festival is hosted by China Hotel Association, and undertaken by the Catering Department of China Hotel Association, the Exhibition Department of China Hotel Association and Fuzhou Catering and Cooking Industry Association. The 23rd China Food Festival and 2023 China Cai Min Food Culture Festival will be held in Fuzhou from May 8th to 20th.

Based on the principles of "government guidance, market operation, outstanding features, mass participation, benefiting people and enterprises, saving green, being safe and healthy", the 23rd China Food Festival publicized catering culture, opposed catering waste and advocated a new concept of saving, green, healthy, safe and civilized catering consumption.
