Recently, the epidemic in COVID-19 has attracted the attention of the whole society. The prevention and control of epidemic situation is related to people's life safety and overall social stability and harmony. Recently, however, some netizens in our county have posted and forwarded false information on the Internet without verification, and even created and spread rumors, which has caused adverse social impact. In order to do a good job in joint prevention and control of epidemic situation, the Information Office of Jidong County Committee issued the following initiatives to all websites, new media, media practitioners and netizens in the county:

1. We should carefully identify and judge the network information, understand the epidemic information from official channels, and correctly interpret the contents of the notice issued by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters. Don't make unfounded guesses and speculations, and don't fabricate or create false news and information. Treat unconfirmed news and information with unknown location and direction rationally, and don't believe, blindly follow, publish, spread or comment, so as not to believe in rumors, spread rumors or make rumors.

2. Don't forward screenshots, videos and audio information without authoritative and formal sources on online platforms such as QQ, WeChat group, friends circle, Tik Tok and Aika Auto.

Facing the epidemic situation, we should remain calm and rational, and take the initiative to convey correct and official information about the epidemic situation and epidemic prevention to our families, relatives and friends.

4. Enhance legal awareness, consciously keep in line with the CPC Central Committee and the mainstream media of the country, enhance the sense of political responsibility for the party and the country, and enhance the ability to identify and screen network information.

5.
