The Pingchang County Revolutionary Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall of Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area is located in the famous "Shuisi Tomb Battlefield Site" during the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area - Pingchang County Heroes Memorial Park (Sihua Village, Desheng Town). It was first built In the 1980s, the name of the museum was inscribed by Marshal Xu Xiangqian. When it was first built, it was located behind the Liu Bojian Martyr Memorial Park in Pingchang County. It was a county-level cultural relics protection unit. Due to the age of the museum, old buildings, and aging facilities, in order to better protect revolutionary cultural relics, enrich historical connotations, and inherit red culture, our county moved it to Ping An in accordance with the planning concept of creating a "cultural park and tourist attraction". The Changxian Martyrs Memorial Park was reorganized and completed in December 2015 and open to the public free of charge.
