? I read the education and teaching books of famous teachers in China. ? I read all kinds of other books. Read biographies, such as Biography of Mao Zedong, Biography of Zhou Enlai, Biography of Ouyang Xiu and Biography of Du Fu. In order to see the ups and downs of life and understand the world. ? When the enthusiasm for reading was awakened, I happily wandered in the ocean of books, slowly obsessed and intoxicated.

? Three years of training and study in the famous teacher project inspired my interest in writing.

? I am ashamed to say that as a Chinese teacher, I always try my best to "coerce" students to write, but I am indifferent to writing. For more than 20 years, I have rarely been able to write except for the tasks assigned by my superiors. Participating in the training and study of the engineering department of a famous teacher made me deeply realize that reading less and being lazy to write is the biggest loss in my teaching career. Because I seldom write, I can't keep a lot of valuable experience; Because I seldom write, many lessons of failure are not recorded; Because I seldom write, I walk in a hurry, watch and do things carelessly, and my thoughts are rough. For 20 years, only desolation has remained. Every time I go out to study, I write about the experience of Jincheng famous teacher engineering department. In order to seek enlightenment in Shi Jing, I have redefined the life of a teacher: a teacher should be healthy, read extensively, travel and study topics ... I am willing to strengthen my ideals and beliefs, cultivate moral sentiments, consolidate theoretical knowledge, be kind to others and pursue happy education. There are my thoughts on cultural construction in "Deep culture breeds virtue, simple teaching cultivates pillars". The campus of Hailing Middle School is full of cultural atmosphere, with a slogan, a green space, a osmanthus tree, a gazebo and a wall. Every grass and tree is talking, and every mountain and stone is affectionate. Rugao Teachers' College is attached with small carved beams and painted buildings, a simple and elegant Dacheng Hall, and the kind-hearted Confucius statue itself is a silent culture. Schools should attach importance to cultural construction, and so should classes. The power of culture is intangible, and the power of culture is infinite.

? I write about my tutor's experience in preparing lessons when he entered the station, and his feelings and reflections after the lecture. In order to have a good reading class of "You are such a person-analyzing words and sentences to understand Du Fu", I read the text repeatedly, absorbed in reading "Du Fu Biography", wrote down "Life only has one season", recorded my reading feelings, and made full preparations for this class. After writing Hukou Waterfall, after paying the comments of teachers Fu, Ma and Chuyu Station, I reviewed the lesson preparation process, reflected on the class process, and wrote articles such as "Only by thoroughly understanding the text can I gain a foothold in the class", "The class belongs to the students' stage" and "These regrets are beautiful", which summarized my lessons and recorded my feelings of entering the station. ? I write class stories and educational papers. Since Jincheng Teacher Training Engineering Department came back from Beijing, I began to pay attention to recording the details of education and teaching. "Give my best wishes to the most beautiful you" is my sincere wish to the children in the new year; "Being a responsible person" means grasping the details of teaching and infiltrating students' thoughts; "Ask about the harvest and ask about the cultivation" is to tell children not only to pay attention to the exam results, but also to the usual learning process; "There is a pain in life that I can never go back" is to let children understand that cherishing every day is the best state of life; "I thank …" is to express my heartfelt thanks to the children and their parents in the past three years … I have written more than 30 issues of Teacher Zhang's Essays; I have written more than 20 articles about "Gangzi's daily life"; I wrote 12 articles about "I am a class teacher" and nearly ten articles about "teaching and research listening and evaluation". Three speeches, I am such a class teacher, relying on cultural construction to create excellent courses, reading and growing all the way, which came into being at the historic moment ... Three years of nearly one million words of education and teaching life records enriched me and made me grow.

I also write various life essays. ? The three-year training and study of the famous teacher project awakened my thinking about education.

? After more than 20 years of education, I am gradually tired, sinking and lost. Think that education is to manage a group of restless boys and girls to live in peace; It is believed that education is to copy the analysis from reference books into lesson preparation books and then paste them to students; I think education is preparing lessons, correcting homework and coping with all kinds of exams. But after joining the famous teacher project team, receiving all kinds of online and offline training and browsing the educational monographs that must be read, I have a new thinking about education-

? Class management is not a subject, but a teacher with a group of children, flying towards the class blueprint constructed by * * *. There are dreams of looking up at the starry sky, down-to-earth walking, cultural construction of "adapting to the class", colorful growth activities, heart-to-heart emotional communication and passionate life imagination. ? Chinese teachers are not porters of reference books, but lamplighters of various texts.
