Reconstruction of waterproof and drainage system

(A) evaluation of mine drainage capacity

Mine drainage system is secondary drainage, that is, main drainage system and mining area drainage system. The main drainage system undertakes the drainage task of water gushing in the whole mine; The drainage system of the mining area is responsible for discharging three downhill waters, 13, 15 and 16, into the main drainage system water bin, and the main drainage system is centralized to the ground. At present, the maximum drainage capacity of mine 13 mining area is 2 17m3/h, and the volume of water silo is1080m3; . 15 mining area has a maximum drainage capacity of 2 17m3/h and a storage capacity of 600m3;; 16 mining area has a maximum drainage capacity of 2 17m3/h and a water storage capacity of 720m3;; The maximum drainage capacity of the main sump is 2200m3/h, and the sump volume is 7100m3; ; At present, the normal mine water inflow is maintained at about 400m3. According to the requirements of Article 25 1 and Article 253 of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" for main drainage equipment and water storage, the current mine drainage capacity can meet the normal drainage needs of the mine.

According to the next mining plan of the mine, the original drainage system in 13 mining area will be scrapped when the pillar is recovered, and the water gushing in this area needs to be discharged from 15 mining area. At that time, it is predicted that the normal water inflow in 15 mining area will increase from 80m3/h to the existing water inflow in 180m3/h and 15 mining area. According to Article 253 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations, the effective volume of the main sump should be able to accommodate 8 hours of normal water inflow, the sump in 15 mining area needs to be properly expanded, and the sump needs to be expanded from 1080m3 to 1440m3, and the corresponding drainage system also needs to be expanded.

The drainage design of 13 mining area flows into 15 mining area through the drainage lane. The drainage lane is expected to be 800m long. It is required that the drainage lane be flat and keep a certain slope, and there can be no big ups and downs to ensure smooth drainage. 15 see table 4-8 for details of the drainage system reconstruction in the mining area.

In addition, the mine needs to improve the drainage system of 2 1 east wing and 1 1 mining area as soon as possible.

(3) 1 mine drainage system in coal mining area

The setting of waterproof and drainage system in Daping mine field 1 coal seam mining area should be carried out on the basis of 1 coal seam hydrogeological supplementary exploration. Based on the supplementary hydrogeological exploration of a 1 coal, the hydrogeological conditions of a 1 coal are fully understood, and then the mine water inflow is scientifically predicted, which provides the basis for the setting of waterproof and drainage system.

During the mining process of Daping Mine 1 coal seam, it is necessary to separate mining areas. That is, two waterproof gates are set in the proper position of the belt, track and return air concentrated roadway in the mining area. Once the water comes out, the waterproof gate can be closed to isolate the 1 coal mining area from the No.2 1 coal mining system to protect the safety of the main system of the mine.

According to the provisions of the "coal mine safety regulations", the waterproof gate must adopt the finalized design and can withstand the pressure of more than 2.0MPa. "The waterproof gate and the gate room shall not leak water; Its location should be selected in relatively hard, dense and stable rock strata, and should not be built in rock strata with cracks and karst development "; "When building waterproof gates in new and newly developed areas, water injection pressure test must be carried out. The leading length of the tunnel in the sluice should not be greater than 15m, the test pressure should not be lower than the design water pressure, and the stability time should be greater than 24h. Special safety measures should be taken during the pressure test. "
