Since the launch of the special action to punish "lazy politics and extravagance", our village has earnestly understood the spirit of punishing "lazy politics and extravagance", combined with the actual work, thoroughly and meticulously found out the existing problems, analyzed the causes of the existing problems, put forward practical rectification measures, effectively changed the work style, improved work efficiency, and seriously carried out self-examination and rectification.

The self-inspection of our village is now reported as follows:

I. Existing problems

1, lack of initiative in learning, not in-depth learning.

2, lack of initiative in work, not strict with yourself.

3, enterprising consciousness is not strong, sometimes encounter difficulties in the work do not take the initiative to find solutions, so that the work is passive.

Second, the analysis of the causes of existing problems

1, lack of self-study, insufficient ideological quality and understanding level. In particular, the study and understanding of the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the "two sessions" are not deep enough, and scientific theories are not used to fully arm the mind and guide words and deeds, resulting in some deviations in understanding and behavior.

2, the concept of purpose is not strong, its own positioning is not accurate, and the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly ends with words rather than practice.

3. Self-demand is not strict, whether in thought or at work, sometimes thinking and dealing with problems are not rigorous enough.
