1. Contents of "5S" on-site management
"5S" on-site management includes five aspects: sorting, reorganizing, sweeping, cleaning, and cultivating, specifically including:
1. Cleaning
Cleaning is to clean and wipe away dust, dirt, debris, mud, sand and other dirty things on the workplace, environment, instruments, equipment, materials, tools, etc., to create a spotless environment for all company personnel (including Company leaders) should all work together to carry out this work.
(1) In a clean and bright environment, any abnormality, including a screw dropped on the ground, can be discovered immediately.
(2) Equipment abnormalities can be discovered and solved during maintenance.

Through the explanations of books and training teachers, I learned about the origin, role and development of 5S, and more importantly, how to use 5S to achieve better visual management of individuals and enterprises. During this period, what is particularly valuable is the mutual help among colleagues and the collective spirit of solving problems together and facing difficulties. It is this spirit that enables us to work hand in hand and move forward courageously, no matter how big the problem is.
Through the teacher’s explanation, we learned that 5S originated in Japan and later spread to other countries around the world, including China.
