Implementation Plan of the Second Sports Meeting of Nanping City

With the consent of the municipal government, the Second Sports Meeting of Nanping City will be held from September to November, 215. According to the requirements of the municipal government and the rules of sports competition, combined with the actual situation of our city, this plan is formulated.

1. Purpose of the Games

Promote the extensive development of mass sports activities, speed up the training of new sports forces, form a market promotion mechanism, improve the level of competitive sports in our city, enhance the physical fitness of the people, and promote the all-round development of sports.

The Organizing Committee has an office, a competition department, a publicity and large-scale activities department, an administrative finance department and a security department, which are respectively composed of Li Lu, Lin Yong, Zhang Jianxin, Lin Jingwu and Li Huojin. The preparation and organization of the sports meeting shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Sports Bureau.

iii. Organizers, contractors and participating units of the Games

The Games will be hosted by the municipal government and hosted by the Municipal Sports Bureau and the county (city) government where the competition area is located. The sports meeting is divided into two parts: the county (city, district) department and the industry system department. Counties (cities, districts) departments (participants are teenagers) are organized by counties (cities, districts), and industry systems departments are organized by industry systems.

iv. Date and place of competition

The individual events of the Games will start from late September to early November, 215, and the competition areas will be located in Nanping City and counties (cities) with good venue conditions. The opening ceremony of the Games will be held in Nanping Stadium (track and field) in mid-October, 215, and the closing ceremony will be held in Nanping City in early November.

V. Project Settings

Counties (cities, districts) have 1 events including track and field, swimming, weightlifting, Wushu routines, badminton, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, boxing and taekwondo.

The Industry System Department has 11 events including track and field, swimming, badminton, table tennis, basketball, bridge, balloon volleyball, China chess, Go, fishing and tug-of-war.

VI. Funds

The city sports meeting will be held in line with the principle of frugality, and the funds needed for the sports meeting will be solved by the combination of city, county and industry system sharing and market operation. Counties (cities, districts) share the training expenses, clothing expenses, bonuses, venue repairs and some equipment expenses of the delegation, and each participant pays 1 yuan room and board expenses every day. The industry system and entry fees are self-care.
