7. It is our basic national policy to support opening to the outside world and strengthen international exchanges.
Diplomatic principles:
The five principles of peaceful settlement are mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful settlement.
The Five Principles of Peace were put forward by the government of China and advocated by the Indian and Myanmar governments. They are the basic principles that countries should follow when establishing normal relations and conducting exchanges and cooperation. Over the past half century, the five principles of "mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful coexistence" have not only become the basis for China to pursue an independent foreign policy of peace, but have also been accepted by most countries in the world and become important norms for regulating international relations.
Non-aggression principle
It means that countries should not invade, use force or threaten to violate the sovereignty, independence or territorial integrity of another country under any pretext in their mutual relations, and should not use war as a means to resolve international disputes.
The Declaration on Principles of International Law clarifies the content of the principle of non-aggression:
(1) The war of aggression constitutes a crime against peace and must bear international responsibility;
(2) All countries have the obligation to avoid propaganda of aggressive war;
(3) All countries have the obligation to avoid using force or threatening to use force to violate the borders and international borders of other countries;
(4) When interpreting the principle of equal rights and self-determination, every country has the obligation to avoid taking any coercive action to deprive all ethnic groups of self-determination, freedom and independence;
(5) Every country has the obligation to avoid organizing or encouraging irregular troops or armed groups (including mercenaries) to invade the territory of other countries, and to avoid initiating, inciting, assisting or participating in civil war or terrorist activities in other countries, or acquiescing in organized activities aimed at committing such acts in its own territory;
⑥ National territory should not be the object of military occupation caused by the use of force in violation of the provisions of the Charter, nor should it be the object of acquisition by other countries by threat or force, and the territory acquired by threat or force should not be recognized as legal.
Noninterference in each other's internal affairs
The principle of non-interference in internal affairs directly stems from national sovereignty. According to this principle, no country or group of countries has the right to directly or indirectly interfere with other countries for any reason, not to interfere with other countries' internal and foreign affairs under any pretext, and not to force other countries to accept their will, social and political system and ideology in any way.
Diplomatic objectives:
The government and people of China are willing to work with people all over the world to build a harmonious world of lasting peace and prosperity.

China's Foreign Policy Position
1 highlights the basic position of relations among developing countries. China will continue to strengthen bilateral cooperation with developing countries, constantly enrich the forms and contents of cooperation with developing countries, and build a new type of partnership featuring long-term stability, equality, mutual benefit and all-round cooperation. China's aid to developing countries has increased, and its economic and trade cooperation has developed rapidly. Actively deepen coordination and cooperation with developing countries on international issues, promote the construction of China-Arab cooperation forum and the follow-up of China-Africa cooperation forum, and enhance relations with Latin American regional organizations.
2. Actively participate in the international system and be active in multilateral diplomacy. China supported the United Nations to play its due role and influence, safeguarded the authority of the UN Security Council, adhered to principles on the issue of UN reform, and played an important role. In accordance with the spirit of the Charter of the United Nations, actively participate in the cooperation of the United Nations on peacekeeping, arms control, counter-terrorism, development, human rights and justice, environment and other issues, as well as the activities of various specialized agencies of the United Nations. Attach importance to other international multilateral systems, promote international arms control and disarmament, and support multilateral arms control processes, including the construction of non-proliferation mechanisms. Support multilateral practical cooperation in the fields of counter-terrorism, non-proliferation, humanitarian assistance, environment and climate, avian flu and transnational crime.
3. Unswervingly safeguard national sovereignty, security and the interests of the state and citizens. On the issue of Taiwan Province Province, I will do all-round work for the international community around the Anti-Secession Law, and clarify my principled position of safeguarding the reunification of the motherland. The resumption of diplomatic relations with Grenada and Senegal has thwarted the proposal of Taiwan Province authorities to "participate" in the United Nations for the 13th time in a row, and has once again thwarted Taiwan Province's attempt to "participate" in the World Health Assembly. Vigorously promote economic diplomacy, make substantial progress in energy cooperation with Russia and Kazakhstan, steadily promote energy resources cooperation with the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and other regions, actively promote various bilateral, regional and multilateral economic cooperation, and expand services and enterprises to "go global." Actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of China citizens and enterprises overseas, and properly handle all kinds of consular protection cases.
