Based on the characteristics of the recent epidemic, it was decided to implement temporary traffic control in the four cities (Honghuagang District, Huichuan District, Xinpu New District, and Bozhou District) , the relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Control time

Control will be implemented from 20:00 on October 23, 2021, and the time for lifting control will be notified separately.

2. Control Areas

Starting from October 23, 2021, our city will carry out hierarchical control over the administrative areas of the four cities, and strictly prohibit the entry and exit of irrelevant social vehicles. The specific measures are as follows: < /p>

(1) Expressway around the Sicheng District.

Five toll stations including Zhongzhuang Toll Station in Honghuagang District, Zunyi East Toll Station in Xinpu New District, Nanbai Toll Station in Bozhou District, Gaoqiao Toll Station and Liziya Toll Station in Huichuan District are set up in two directions Joint quarantine and testing points, strict inspection, strict control of entry and exit. The other 28 high-speed toll stations in the Ring Sicheng District will be closed to traffic.

(2) Other roads in Sicheng District.

Joint quarantine and testing points will be set up at the junction of the administrative districts of the four cities and at the main intersections of the central city to strictly inspect and control entry and exit.

(3) Key areas in the four city districts.

Two-way control will be carried out from the intersection of Renmin Road, Zhuhai Road to Jiujietan Road, and entry and exit of unrelated vehicles is strictly prohibited.

3. Control measures

(1) Starting from October 23, 2021, people arriving (returning) from medium- and high-risk areas will strictly implement "14 days of centralized isolation + 14 days of home health care" The epidemic prevention and control measures of "monitoring + 7 nucleic acid tests (on days 1, 4, 7, 14, 16, 21, and 28 respectively)".

(2) Starting from October 23, 2021, citizens of Zunyi City are not allowed to leave unless necessary. If you need to leave, please provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours and a certificate of unit (village); Residents of other cities and states in the province are advised not to visit unless necessary in the near future.

(3) All cross-county buses in the four cities are suspended; buses, taxis, and online ride-hailing services must open windows for ventilation, take temperature checks and scan codes, refuse to share passengers, disinfect and wear masks. Under the premise, normal operation can be carried out in the central urban area, but it is not allowed to drive into controlled road sections.

IV. Permission to pass

(1) Special vehicles for public security, armed police, medical, emergency, communications, rescue, sanitation and other tasks performing work tasks can pass normally.

(2) For transport vehicles transporting medical, daily, emergency and other related supplies, if the temperature of the drivers and passengers is measured and there are no abnormalities after scanning the code, they will be registered and released.

(3) When other social vehicles pass through the inspection checkpoint, they must strictly implement temperature measurement and code scanning, and register and release with a nucleic acid negative certificate and a unit (village) certificate within 24 hours.
