The traffic police should comprehensively, timely and legally collect evidence that can prove the existence of illegal acts and the seriousness of illegal circumstances. When examining the motor vehicle driver's license, the traffic police shall ask the driver's name, address and date of birth, and check with the contents recorded in the driver's license; Check the appearance of the holder with the photo on the driver's license. When necessary, drivers may be required to show their resident identity cards for verification.

3. Informing responsibility: verbally inform the offender of the basic facts of the illegal act, the administrative punishment to be given, the basis and the rights he enjoys according to law; Listen to the statements and excuses of the offenders. If the facts, reasons or evidence put forward by the violator are established, they shall be adopted.

4. Deciding responsibility: making a summary punishment decision; The penalty decision shall be signed by the punished person, signed or sealed by the traffic police, and stamped with the seal of the traffic management department of the public security organ; If the punished person refuses to sign, the traffic police shall indicate it in the penalty decision.

5. Service responsibility: the penalty decision shall be delivered to the punished person on the spot; If the punished person refuses to accept it, the traffic police shall indicate it in the penalty decision and regard it as served.

6. Execution responsibility: consciously perform or enforce according to the effective administrative punishment decision.

7. Supervision responsibility: supervise and inspect the punishment of motor vehicles passing through the construction section on the expressway without slowing down.

8. Other duties as stipulated by other laws, regulations and rules.
