First, fully understand the importance and urgency of education rectification. In recent years, procuratorial organs at all levels have insisted on focusing on procuratorial business and team building, and the political quality and professional quality of procuratorial teams have been significantly improved. Especially after the third national conference on political work of procuratorial organs, procuratorial organs at all levels have carried out ideological, work style and discipline rectification and special treatment of local and departmental protectionism in accordance with the requirements of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and local party committees, and achieved certain results. Generally speaking, the procuratorial team is a fighting team that the party and the people can trust. At the same time, it must be noted that the quality of the procuratorial team has not fully adapted to the needs of the new situation of governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law. Corruption such as crimes committed by procuratorial power still occur from time to time, and the problem of violating procuratorial law is still quite prominent in some places. Procuratorial organs at all levels must have a sober assessment of last year's rectification achievements and the present situation of the procuratorial team, fully understand the importance and urgency of strengthening the construction of the procuratorial team under the new situation, attach great importance to and further improve the education and rectification work. First of all, carrying out centralized education and rectification is an important measure to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Second Plenary Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the National Political and Legal Work Conference and the National Procurator-General Work Conference. The 15th National Congress defined the rule of law as the basic strategy for the Party to lead the people in governing the country. The second plenary session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection called for further strengthening the anti-corruption struggle and putting the investigation and handling of criminal cases of judicial personnel in a more prominent position; The national conference on political and legal work clearly requires that "political and legal organs should take maintaining stability as their primary task and build a high-quality political team"; The National Procurator-General's Work Conference established the procuratorial work policy of "strictly enforcing the law, paying close attention to handling cases and strengthening supervision" and the team building policy of "building hospitals according to law, strictly administering inspections and strengthening quality". Centralized education and rectification of the procuratorial team is an important measure to implement the requirements of the central government and build a high-quality professional procuratorial team. Secondly, centralized education and rectification is an objective requirement for establishing a good image of procuratorial organs. According to 1997, the national procuratorial organs accepted cases of police violating discipline and law, the problem of negative corruption in the procuratorial team is getting worse and worse, and the problem of leading cadres violating discipline and law is also on the rise. Some cases have a rather bad influence, which has seriously damaged the reputation of procuratorial organs and tarnished the image of procuratorial organs. This shows that the procuratorial organ's own anti-corruption task is still very arduous. It is urgent to rectify through centralized education, open the door to rectify, listen to the opinions of all sectors of society, seriously investigate and deal with cases of violation of law and discipline, vigorously improve its work, and establish a good image of the procuratorial organ. Third, the purpose of carrying out centralized education and rectification is to purify the procuratorial team. An important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the Interim Provisions on the Rank of Public Prosecutors. Since the implementation of the Procurator Law and its supporting regulations, the management of the procuratorial team according to law has achieved great results. However, in some places, the problem of illegal appointment and dismissal of prosecutors and illegal recruitment of prosecutors is still very serious.
