Compared with developed countries, the application ratio of steel structure and composite structure bridges in China is not high, especially in medium and small span bridges, which is less than 65,438+0%. To this end, the Ministry of Transport and other departments have vigorously promoted the construction of steel structure and composite structure bridges, and proposed that "by the end of the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, steel structures will be the mainstay of new long-span and super-long-span bridges, and the proportion of steel structures of other newly rebuilt bridges will be significantly improved."

At present, there are still many problems to be solved urgently in assembled buildings and steel structure composite bridges. To this end, 25 academicians put forward the following initiatives:

1, strengthen the original innovation of steel structure and composite structure bridge technology, and establish an incentive and guarantee mechanism for the transformation and application of new ideas, new achievements and new technologies. The core goal of technological innovation of steel structure and composite bridge should be to give full play to its unique advantages and overcome its inherent defects. For example, we should vigorously develop innovative technologies that are conducive to reducing the workload of on-site welding and anti-corrosion coating of steel structures, reducing the risk of fatigue cracking of steel structures and reducing the maintenance cost of the whole life cycle.

2. Improve the decision-making mechanism of bridge structure scheme demonstration, and step up the "design-construction-maintenance" integrated general contracting. Carry out the real consultant system, strengthen the scientific demonstration at the stage of bridge structure scheme, and realize the "prenatal and postnatal care" of bridge structure. By speeding up the construction of advanced systems such as "design-construction-maintenance" general contract, the comprehensive performance of bridge structure schemes in the whole life cycle can be compared and selected at the scheme stage, creating a "fair" competitive environment for steel structures and composite bridges.

3. Establish a coordination mechanism for promoting steel structures and composite bridges at the national level. Establish a coordination mechanism for the promotion and application of steel structure and composite structure bridges led by the Ministry of Transport, with the participation of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Railway Corporation and relevant industry associations, coordinate and organize relevant scientific and technological research, standard formulation, policy guidance and demonstration project construction of steel structure and composite structure bridges, and comprehensively improve the technical level and application level of steel structure and composite structure bridges in China.

4. Form a standardized steel structure and composite structure bridge system and establish a certification system. The steel structure or composite structure system is preferred for long-span bridges, and the composite structure system is preferred for small and medium-span bridges with large number and wide area. The mature system has been certified by the authority of the government and industry associations, and has been popularized and applied through the standard atlas, so as to strive that by 2020, the proportion of steel structure and composite structure bridges in new bridges in China will not be less than 65,438+00%.

5. Establish China Steel Structure Development Foundation to reward design and innovative talents. Drawing on the experience of developed countries, China Steel Structure Association, Rizhao Iron and Steel Holding Group Co., Ltd., China Metallurgical Construction Research Institute Co., Ltd., Chongqing University, Tsinghua University and other units initiated the establishment of the "China Steel Structure Development Fund", focusing on rewarding and subsidizing individuals and teams that have made outstanding contributions to the development of China's steel structure, especially designers, researchers, teachers and students in colleges and universities, steel structure masters and steel structure craftsmen.

6, preparation and mandatory national standards convergence group standards and atlas. On the basis of the existing national standards, combined with the characteristics of prefabricated steel structure buildings, a series of group standards and atlas matching with mandatory national standards are organized by industry associations to meet the market demand for the development of prefabricated steel structure buildings.

7, the establishment of building structure system certification system and achievement transformation platform. The existing prefabricated steel structure buildings, especially the steel structure residential system, are sorted out and evaluated, and the government and industry associations carry out authoritative certification and issue certification marks. For the certified system, it will be popularized and applied nationwide according to the transfer of results.

8. Establish a certification system and product distribution network for prefabricated steel structure building components. The existing assembled building components include general steel components, prefabricated enclosure components, seismic isolation components, integral kitchen and bathroom, water and electricity pipeline systems, protection systems, etc. Authoritative certification is conducted by the government and industry associations, and certification marks are issued, which are incorporated into the national network of assembled building parts and components to realize online distribution services.
