In recent years, volunteerism has spread among people in China, especially among young people.

Volunteer service is of great benefit to those who need help and society. Take Wenchuan earthquake as an example. Thousands of volunteers are playing an active role in the Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area. They contribute daily necessities and provide medical and psychological help for disaster relief work.

In addition, volunteer service is also good for volunteers themselves. By participating in volunteer service, volunteers will be exposed to a new environment, and they can learn how to work in a team and how to improve their interpersonal and organizational skills, all of which are crucial to their professional growth.

As a college student, I sincerely hope that everyone will join the voluntary work. This is not only good for our society, but also an opportunity for us to grow and learn.
