How to treat the disharmony between urban management and vendors?

As for the disharmony between urban management and vendors, I personally think this kind of thing should be viewed from two angles. First of all, the urban management correctly enforced the law and reminded the vendors many times, but the vendors did not repent and caused disharmony. Secondly, urban management in some places did enforce the law too hard and did not inform vendors in advance where there was misconduct. As soon as it came out, looting, beating and other acts seriously hurt the interests of vendors and caused disharmony.

In my earliest consciousness, I thought that urban management was to maintain the order and harmony of urban management, but later from the facts and news reports I witnessed with my own eyes, I found that this profession was completely different from what I imagined. In a small county like ours, vendors look at urban management just like mice look at cats. Many people may think that my statement is a little exaggerated, but it is true.

Just like the breakfast shop next to my house, because the guests think the coal is smoky, they move the stove of tea eggs a little outside. Anyway, according to my visual inspection, it is about one or two centimeters, and most of them are still in the store. However, the urban management rushed over and kicked the stove over directly, saying that it did not meet the regulations, and then threw the tea eggs on the ground and drove away. At that time, I was thinking that it is not easy for people to earn some money. Say it directly and let the manufacturer correct it next time. Why did you harm others and lose a pot of tea eggs?

But then again, sometimes you can't completely blame the urban management, because there are also many vendors who are die-hard. The urban management kindly reminded me what can't be placed outside or what kind of banners can't be posted. And ask them to rectify. But again and again, the vendors turned a deaf ear to what others said. If they have to force people to enforce the law and dismantle it, vendors will start making trouble, and some even start fighting with law enforcement officers.

Therefore, I think both sides should have regulations to check and balance this repeatedly exposed disharmony. Law enforcement personnel should enforce the law in a civilized manner, do not damage the property of vendors, and do not ask for benefits at will. Vendors should also listen to the correction suggestions of law enforcement officers and not do whatever they want. Only by establishing a relatively harmonious environment between managers and merchants can this disharmony disappear.
