First, the detection object and scope

All key personnel in Changning city.

Second, the detection time.

Third, the sampling location.

Under the unified arrangement of the streets, samples will be taken at designated locations in different regions and time periods. If there is any temporary change, please pay attention to the information released by the streets or official media in time.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. Please take the initiative to check. According to the community notice, do personal protection, carry the mobile phone health code, my resident ID card or household registration book, and go to the nucleic acid sampling point for sampling; Old people who sample alone and can't use smart phones, please prepare your ID card; For children without ID cards, parents should use mobile phones to bind their children's health codes or bring their children's household registration books. Please wear a mask scientifically during the sampling process, line up in an orderly manner, and keep a distance of more than one meter from others. Do not gather, communicate or touch the sampling table. After the sampling, please leave the scene quickly, don't stay or watch, change the mask in time and do good hand hygiene when you get home.

3. Persons who have taken control measures such as centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring and carried out nucleic acid detection are still subject to the original regulations, and sampling is arranged by the responsible control unit. Persons whose health code is "yellow code" are not allowed to go to the centralized sampling point, but need to walk or take a private car to the designated yellow code sampling point for sampling.

4. Persons who hold negative certificates of nucleic acid test results within 24 hours do not need to repeat sampling.

5. For those who are unable to participate in the on-site nucleic acid detection due to old age, disability, illness in bed and other reasons. Their families can report to the community in advance, and the community will arrange mobile sampling team members to take samples at home.

People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 6.48 hours cannot collect nucleic acid samples. Please report to the village group for instructions in time. Please select the nearest sampling point for testing after 48 hours. Medical staff involved in COVID-19 vaccination cannot undertake the task of normalized nucleic acid detection and sampling.

7. If an individual has symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea and fatigue, please do not go to the centralized sampling point for sampling. Personal protection must be done and samples should be taken from the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution.

8. Don't smoke, drink, chew gum, betel nut, etc. 30 minutes before the nucleic acid test.

If no written report is issued for this round of nucleic acid detection, and no notice is received from the disease control department within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative, and the results can be queried through the "Hunan Health Code" system. Before the nucleic acid test results are issued, please try to reduce the flow and do not participate in aggregation activities.

10. In this period, the nucleic acid detection of all employees in the urban area is mixed-tube sampling, and no charge is charged.
