I always start in first gear, which is the most standard way to start. Saving cars will not increase fuel consumption. Personally, I don't think it makes sense to start in second gear. Shifting should be smooth, and the shifting time should be as short as possible after proficiency. Clutch, throttle, gear lever. These three actions are done at the same time in the subconscious. If it is fast, the speed should not drop 1000 rpm. My experience is that if the shift process is very smooth (increase or decrease), it is like dividing the power of a car into five parts, how many gears and corresponding gears are in the right gear. If it is used freely in the power of the car, the gear car can ride the feeling of a continuously variable scooter. Reasonable use of speed during frequent gear shifting can achieve the best use effect.

Sometimes we often discuss the problem of clutch-less shifting. Indeed, in some cases, you can skip the clutch operation and directly add and subtract gears, but personally, this method is only suitable for racing and competitions. After all, one second in the game is enough to decide the outcome. Moreover, clutch-free shifting requires finding a neutral position at high speed. 2. About safety braking

Motorcycle, as a two-wheeled vehicle, is inherently unstable at high speed. At this time, safe braking is particularly important.

Through daily cycling, I realized an idea It is the way for ABS (Anti-lock Brake) to realize motorcycle safety braking. I have a deep understanding in the actual riding of urban roads every day. Generally speaking, the distribution of front and rear brakes is the principle of front 7, rear 3 and point braking. That is to say, under the condition of clean and normal road surface, the front brake has 7 parts and the rear brake has 3 parts. Step on the brakes lightly to prevent sudden death. However, if the operating force of the brake is uneven, the phenomenon of sudden rotation will occur during the deceleration of the vehicle. Especially when there are members in the back seat, it doesn't feel very good. When riding requires braking, I use front and rear brakes plus engine brakes according to the road ahead. Depending on the traffic tension of the road ahead, hold the front brake lever with your feet and step on the rear brake pedal, control the speed with the most appropriate force, rub the brake disc with the front and rear brake calipers, and control the clamping degree of the calipers by your own strength to achieve the goal of smooth deceleration. In the meantime, it can be completed together with engine braking. The purpose of this way is to judge the road conditions by yourself, slow down evenly and get ready in advance.

In the case of emergency braking, in addition to using the front and rear brakes, the engine can also directly downshift by one or two gears without the clutch, and the vehicle is dragged and decelerated by the engine. If the rear wheel has started to lock the zip line at this time. Don't be nervous, keep your body center of gravity in the middle of the car and sit still. Try to keep the body and the car stable, and take corresponding measures according to the situation to avoid problems.

The worst case is that you can't stop effectively, and you are bound to hit the car or object in front (such as a bus that suddenly turns and crosses).
