It is easier to write couplets than to do them.

Pay attention to the same number of words, the same part of speech, similar or relative meaning; The initials of the upper and lower couplet can be flat, but the finals must be flat in the upper couplet and flat in the lower couplet. As for the specific level tone, due to the differences between ancient rhyme and modern rhyme, it can be superficially understood that one or two tones in modern Chinese are "flat" and three or four tones are "flat", and so on.

The real neat (neat) couplets can be relaxed except for the first word. Other words in the upper and lower couplets should be fair and square, and the same words cannot appear in the upper and lower couplets. You can refer to some common Spring Festival couplets to understand their unique literary charm. Such as: spring returns to the earth, and the world is full of happiness; He Qinghai Wu Yan Fu Renkang; Scenery is fragrant, clouds are thick ... and so on.

Specific to the couplet you want to create, you must first grasp the momentum of the whole couplet, which is magnificent; Secondly, it's better to write your key words, such as the 80th anniversary, the second middle school and the celebration of the school, into couplets, so as to be clear at a glance and have a clear direction. Finally, try to avoid using too uncommon words or allusions.
