First, directly recruit non-commissioned officers.

Numerical control technology, mold design and manufacturing, welding technology and its automation, mechatronics, application and maintenance of numerical control equipment, graphic image production, animation design and production, accounting.

Second, the scope and requirements of recruitment

Direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers is mainly male soldiers, which requires excellent ideological quality, excellent performance in school, good health and love of national defense, and meets the above requirements for recruiting majors. Only a few female soldiers are recruited, mainly majoring in electronic engineering, information technology and communication.

1. Direct recruitment of noncommissioned officers is a political task with strong policy, and it is also an important content of doing a good job in graduate employment, which is related to the future development and vital interests of students. All departments and units should attach great importance to it, make careful arrangements and do a good job in in-depth publicity and mobilization.

2, each department should be led by the student section chief, arrange the graduating class teacher (counselor) to get in touch with the students through QQ group, e-mail, SMS, etc., and strive to inform every graduating student.

3. Graduates from various departments who participated in the direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers went to the college to enroll.

Pre-enlistment of winter graduates is about to begin. All departments and units should take this non-commissioned officer direct recruitment publicity as an opportunity to log in to the pre-registration system for college students' enlistment in May. After logging in, print the "Registration Form for Fresh College Graduates before Joining the Army" on the Internet and submit it to colleges and universities for enrollment.
