Amateur Radio Committee

(1) To implement the national policies and regulations on amateur radio station management and establish a self-restraint mechanism

(2) Entrusted by the competent national radio department, to participate in drafting and amending the regulations on amateur radio management according to the relevant provisions of the Constitution of China Radio Association. Undertaking consulting services such as business consulting, operation certificate examination and preliminary examination of application related to the use of amateur radio stations

(3) organizing and coordinating non-governmental organizations to carry out amateur radio activities, establishing a healthy and orderly communication environment in which amateur radio enthusiasts can consciously abide by the law, supervise each other and cooperate with each other, and actively carrying out activities such as professional training and experience exchange

(4) guiding and coordinating non-governmental organizations to carry out international amateur radio exchanges and cooperation. Actively participate in the activities of the International Telecommunication Union, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the country and its members in international amateur radio organizations

(5) Actively organize and advocate amateur radio non-governmental organizations to participate in public welfare activities such as emergency rescue and disaster relief, emergency communication, etc.
