Both Suqian and Nanjing Foreign Language School are like relatives to me. Needless to say, Suqian, I am already our Suqian daughter-in-law. I spent six wonderful years studying in junior high school and high school at Nanjing Foreign Language School. I know how profound a good school and good teachers can be on a child.

Two years ago, Lao Liu (Note: Liu Qiangdong) and I established the Tianqiang Charity Foundation. We focus on relief for sudden catastrophic events. We also cooperate with the United Nations Food Program to focus on pregnant women. and newborn health issues, we have also set up scholarships in some universities.

But in fact, for such a long time, we have always felt that our charity is still in a very preliminary stage. We feel that many problems cannot be solved just by donating money. For example, we have worked with When chatting with relatives in Suqian, I heard that many friends send their children to Nanjing and Suzhou to go to school.

We used to focus on the issue of left-behind children, but now it has become the issue of left-behind children. The parents' problems and the children's education problems may be solved, but the communication between the parents and the children's psychological problems in adolescence reappear.

On the other hand, in fact, more people do not have so many resources and abilities to send their children to school in other places, so they can only stay in the local area, and there are not many education options.

In order to solve this problem, Lao Liu and I also thought about it for a long time. My principal at Nanjing Foreign Studies University is currently the principal of Nanjing University of Science and Technology’s Xianlin Branch. After I communicated this idea with him, we didn’t agree. Thinking of it, he readily agreed to come to Suqian to run a school.

So I am especially grateful to him and other teachers for trusting me, Suqian, and JD. We are really grateful.
