How long can apples be kept in the cold storage?

2. The temperature of apple controlled atmosphere refrigerator is set to -0.5~ 1℃, the relative humidity is 90%-95%, and the O2 content is 3%-5%. Proper CO2 concentration can effectively inhibit respiration, reduce the loss of nutrients in fruits and vegetables, inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria and control the occurrence of physiological diseases. The storage period can reach 8- 12 months.
