Qingshuihe County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located at the southern end of Hohhot City, bounded by the Ming Great Wall in the southeast and bordering Pinglu District and Pianguan County of Shanxi Province; It faces Zhungeer Banner in Ordos City across the Yellow River in the west. Laoniuwan is a famous tourist attraction in Qingshuihe County. Yungun Cave, Balong Bay and Jialanggou have their own characteristics and are also beautiful.

Regarding Laoniuwan Scenic Area, because of its special scenic spots, although they all have the same name, Qingshuihe County in Inner Mongolia and Pianguan County in Shanxi Province have different scenic spots. The following focuses on three scenic spots: Genting Cave, Balong Bay and Jialanggou.

Cloud rolling hole. The full name of "WanCheng Yun Gundong Scenic Area" is a national 2A-level scenic spot, located on the bank of the Yellow River in Wan Cheng Village, Yaogou Village, Qingshuihe County. It is a tourist attraction integrating the Yellow River Gorge, the ancient Great Wall, ancient civilization sites along the Yellow River, unique folk customs and local food culture. This area is characterized by continuous peaks, deep and tortuous uneven levels and valleys, and numerous paleontological fossils. After hundreds of millions of years of running water cutting and weathering, it has formed a colorful magical form. Rocks are scattered like people, animals, houses and things. Yunguan Cave is located at the foot of Yunguan Cave. Every winter and spring, the mouth of the cave breathes clouds and looks at purple steam in the distance, hence the name. According to Zhungeer Banner, there is also a hole on the bank of the Yellow River, which passes through the bottom of the Yellow River and communicates with Yungu Cave on the other side. However, a few years ago, after the water level of Wanjiazhai Reservoir in the Yellow River increased, the caves on the side of Zhungeer Banner were flooded. According to local folklore, before the war between Xixia and the Northern Song Dynasty, Yang Jiajiang was ordered to make a Western Expedition and led an army to camp in Xiacheng Bay. However, it was found that the Xixia army on the other side was heavily deployed and it was difficult to cross the river. Just when everyone was at a loss, Zhenwu Emperor remembered the loyalty of Yangmen from generation to generation, and crossed the bottom of the Yellow River from Yungundong, allowing the raiders to defeat the Xixia army in one fell swoop, and then pursued it to the Twelve Liancheng, crushing Xixia's invasion of the Central Plains. Up to now, there are still Laoyingpan, Ancient Fort and Zhenwu Temple.

Balong Bay. Located in Balongwan Village, Chengguan Town, Qingshuihe County, 6.2 kilometers away from the county seat. Here are high mountain canyons, strange rock cliffs, the top of which is covered with wild leeks, and there is a narrow path leading to the valley. A river about two kilometers long in the canyon forms three waterfalls, and each waterfall rushes out of a deep pool of more than ten meters. The locals call it "Longyan", which means the place where dragons live. The river rushed down from the cliff and hit the stone with a thunderous sound. The falls of the three Longyan waterfalls are different: Yan Dalong Waterfall is as high as 19 meters, Erlongyan Waterfall is a group of waterfalls with small falls, and Sanliongyan Waterfall is 89 meters high, wide and spectacular.

Jialanggou is located in the jurisdiction of Lamawan Town, Qingshuihe County. It is now a tourist attraction of Quanshouwan (Jialanggou) and a national AA-level tourist attraction. The scenic spot is an 8-kilometer-long deep valley with peculiar red sandstone landforms and huge stones of different shapes on both sides. The scenery in the valley is beautiful, magical and beautiful, and the clear pool and clear water are connected by one vein, which is a rare original ecological paradise. The main scenic spots in the scenic area include centennial red fruit tree, vegetation and stone spring, hiking plank road, spring head bay hydrophilic platform, golden toad looking at the moon, fossil rock, Diaoyangya, Genghis Khan drinking horse platform, mineral water swimming pool, sandstone Danxia landform viewing pavilion, and hundreds of acres of precious flowers and trees such as American red maple and peony flower sea.

Xiangshui Spring is the highlight of Quanshou Bay (Jialanggou). There are many springs on the stone wall here, which merge into streams, and the springs never stop in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Spring water is rich in various minerals and is a high-quality natural mineral water. The villagers in Jialanggou have been drinking this kind of water for a long time and become a well-known longevity village. The mineral water swimming pool built with this water is the largest open-air mineral water swimming pool in China at present.

There are also scenic spots such as Yaolinggou, Ming Great Wall, Xushilou and Chahekou ruins in Qingshuihe County.
