What does unbounded card mean?

The first Netcom account of China Merchants Bank was named Unbounded Card, which belongs to a savings account. Only Class II or III accounts can be opened, and no physical cards or passbooks are issued.

This account supports fund transfer, investment and wealth management, consumer payment and other services between the account and the binding card, but does not support cash deposit and withdrawal.

Tips: Only customers with ID card 16 or above can apply, but overseas residents cannot apply.
