Chapter 2 Powers Article 7 Patrol officers perform the following duties while on duty:

Article 11 Anyone who illegally manufactures, sells, possesses, or uses people's police signs, uniforms, police equipment, or certificates shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China.
