Article 5

The site selection of animal farms and farming communities shall meet the following conditions:

Article 6

The layout of animal farms and farming communities shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Build a fence around the site;

(2) Set a disinfection pool at the entrance and exit of the site, which is as wide as the door, 4m long and 0.3m deep;

(three) the production area is separated from the living and office areas, and there are isolation facilities;

(4) A dressing and disinfection room is set at the entrance of the production area, and a disinfection pool or pad is set at the entrance and exit of each breeding building;

(5) Separate clean roads from polluted roads in the production area;

(six) the spacing between breeding buildings in the production area is more than 5 meters or there are isolation facilities.

Isolation facilities should be set between the breeding poultry farm and the hatchery and the breeding area, and the incubation room should be equipped with fumigation and disinfection facilities. The process should be carried out in one direction, and it is not allowed to cross or reflux.

Article 7

Animal farms and farming communities shall have the following facilities and equipment:

(a) Disinfection equipment at the entrance of the site;

The production area has good lighting and ventilation facilities;

(three) the ground and walls of the pen house should be made of materials suitable for cleaning and disinfection;

(four) the veterinary room is equipped with vaccine freezing (cold storage) equipment, disinfection, diagnosis and treatment and other epidemic prevention equipment, or the veterinary institution provides corresponding services for it;

(5) Having facilities and equipment suitable for harmless treatment and sewage treatment;

(6) Having relatively independent isolation houses for imported animals and isolation houses for sick animals.

Article 8

Animal farms and farming communities should have practicing veterinarians or rural veterinarians suitable for their farming scale.

Persons suffering from infectious diseases related to humans and animals shall not engage in animal breeding.

Article 9

Animal farms and farming communities shall establish immunization, medication, quarantine declaration, epidemic report, disinfection, harmless treatment, livestock and poultry identification and other systems and breeding files according to regulations.

Article 10

Livestock and poultry farms shall meet the following conditions in addition to the provisions of Article 6, Article 7, Article 8 and Article 9 of these Measures:

(1) It is more than 1 1,000 meters away from drinking water sources, animal farms, breeding communities and urban residential areas, cultural, educational and scientific research areas, highways, railways and other major traffic arteries;

(two) more than 3000 meters away from animal isolation places, harmless treatment places, animal slaughtering and processing places, animal and animal products markets, and animal clinics;

(3) Necessary facilities or measures to prevent rats, birds and insects;

(4) It has an animal epidemic disease purification system that meets the requirements of the state;

(five) according to the needs, the breeding ground should also set up a separate collection area for animal semen, eggs and embryos.
