It is a common practice after the founding of our party to play the Internationale at the end of important meetings and activities of the party.

Lyrics and melodies can give people a firm and unyielding feeling, represent the unchanging belief of the producers of * * *, conform to the highest ideal of the party and can inspire people. During the revolutionary period, many people were inspired and dedicated.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the National Anthem of the People's Republic of China Law shall play the national anthem in the following circumstances:

Opening and closing of meetings of the National People's Congress and local people's congresses at various levels; Opening and closing meetings of the National Committee and local committees of China People's Political Consultative Conference;

2. congresses of political parties and people's organizations at all levels;

3. Constitutional oath ceremony;

(4) the ceremony of raising the national flag;

(five) major celebrations, commendations and commemorative activities organized or organized by organs at all levels;

(6) national public sacrifice ceremony;

(7) Major diplomatic activities;

(8) Major sports events;

(nine) other occasions where the national anthem should be played.
