To reduce the burden on dealers during the epidemic, Volvo launches care policy

Author: Tiantian Automobile

Facing the severe situation of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, in order to reduce the pressure on dealers, Volvo Cars has launched a series of dealer care policies.

Volvo Cars decided to relax its performance assessment and not set a sales target for February. At the same time, considering that the income of dealer staff may be affected by the epidemic, in order to reduce the financial pressure on dealers, Volvo Cars directly provides dealer staff with personnel subsidies totaling more than 10 million yuan.

Previously, Volvo has donated 11 million yuan to support the development of new coronavirus vaccines and the purchase of emergency medical supplies.

At the same time, Volvo launched four car owner commitments during the epidemic.

1. Maintain self-cultivation and worry-free. During the epidemic, Volvo Cars will provide door-to-door car pick-up and delivery services within 20 kilometers for free for all Volvo car owners across the country. Car owners can achieve vehicle maintenance, repair and other services without leaving home;

2. Rescue and peace of mind. From February 2 to April 30, Volvo Cars will provide free roadside assistance to all Volvo Cars vehicles in Hubei Province;

3. Extended warranty for peace of mind. During the epidemic period, from January 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020, owners of Volvo Cars original factory extended warranty products that have expired can enjoy the extended warranty rights until April 30;

IV , considerate service. During the epidemic, Volvo car dealers committed to regular indoor disinfection every day, and staff wore masks when working to provide users with a safe service environment. These measures will ensure that Volvo's sales and after-sales service channels can operate smoothly and continue to provide services to car owners.
