Huang Huang Jingchu Hides in the Journey to the West, Wudang Mountain and Taoism dominate the world.

Wudang Mountain, known as "Strange Mountain" in ancient times, also known as Taihe Mountain, is located in danjiangkou city, northwest Hubei, 400 kilometers away from Fiona Fang. It has the comprehensive advantages of the five mountains, male, dangerous, strange, quiet and beautiful. Seventy-two peaks, thirty-six rocks, twenty-four streams, eleven caves, three pools and nine springs form a beautiful natural picture of Wudang Mountain. Therefore, it has the reputation of "the first mountain". Up to now, the "First Mountain" tablet inscribed by Mi Fei, a calligrapher in the Song Dynasty, still stands in front of the "Yuanhe View". In the Ming Dynasty, Xu Xiake praised it as: "Swallowing Taihua Galaxy is close, and the potential is high."

"Five Miles, One Temple and Ten Miles Palace"

Wudang Mountain is the only famous Taoist mountain in China. Famous Taoist priests of past dynasties, such as Yin of Zhou Dynasty, Yin Changsheng of Han Dynasty, Lv Chunyang of Jin Dynasty and Tang Dynasty, Chen Tuan of Five Dynasties, Mo Zi of Song Dynasty, Zhang Shouqing of Yuan Dynasty and Zhang Sanfeng of Ming Dynasty, all practiced here. It is also the world-famous birthplace of wudang boxing. During the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty, Zhou Jun left Jianyao in Lingyin Peak, established Wulong Temple and publicized Taoism. Since the Song and Yuan Dynasties, Taoist temples have gradually increased and become Taoist resorts. There are still Tianyi Zhenqing Palace Stone Hall, Bronze Hall and Qiongtai Stone Hall.

Judy, the Yongle Emperor of the Ming Dynasty, named Wudang Mountain "Taiyue Taihe Mountain" by divine right, which means the crown of the five mountains. In the 11th year of Yu Yongle (14 13), the Ministry of Industry, such as Xin and Wei of Ming and Longping, served more than 300,000 people. It took nearly ten years to build Jingle Palace, Yingen Palace, Yu Xiu Palace, Yuzhen Palace, Zixiao Palace, Southern Yan Palace and Fifth Palace. Its large scale, ingenious conception, exquisite carving, exquisite craftsmanship and unique style are rare in the world. In particular, the layout design of all buildings skillfully uses peaks, mountains, stones and valleys, and each building unit is embedded between peaks, mountains, slopes, overhangs, cliffs and streams. The size and spacing of the specifications are just right, giving people a sense of majesty and mystery. Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty was superstitious about Taoism, and its scale became more and more grand and perfect with the expansion and maintenance. Hong Yisheng, a poet in the Ming Dynasty, said: "The five-mile, one-temple and ten-mile palaces have beautiful walls and green tiles. The balcony reflects gold and silver, and the forest pomelo belongs to the landscape. " Summarized the scale and momentum of Wudang Mountain architecture.

Zhenwu xiuxian

Wudang Mountain Taoism worships "Xuanwu Jun". During the period of Song Zhenzong Dazhong Xiangfu, because of taboo, Xuanwu was changed to Zhenwu, referred to as Zhenwu Emperor for short. It is said that Wudang Mountain is named after "it is not enough to be a martial art if it is not true".

According to Taoist records, Zhenwu Emperor was originally the prince of the ancient Wang Jingle, but he had no intention of being king, and wanted to become an immortal and ascend to heaven. The king and queen tried in vain to dissuade them. Yuan Jun, the son of the holy father of Jade Qing, became a monk in purple clothes and instructed Zhenwu to cross the sea to practice in Wudang Mountain. Most of the buildings and place names on Wudang Mountain come from the experience of cultivating immortals with Zhenwu. For example, Taiziyan, behind Bixiaoxian's uterus halfway up the Zhanqi Peak in Wudang Mountain, is a natural and slightly developed cave. There is a small stone hall built in the early Yuan Dynasty, which contains a childhood statue of Zhenwu Dijun, with a rich face and elegant demeanor. In the 27th year of Zhiyuan (1290), there was a side engraved with the stone forehead of Prince Cliff; In the northeast of Tianzhu Peak, there is a prince slope, which was built to restore the real scenery. It is said that the prince stayed here when he entered the mountain. Look at the first five-story building, with a big column supporting twelve beams, which is a masterpiece of "one column and twelve beams" in architecture. On the left, the stone wall frame leads to a small shelf with a portrait of the prince's childhood.

Jinding in Wudang Mountain, Hubei Province

According to legend, Zhenwu was only fifteen years old when he came to Wudang Mountain. His mother, Shansheng Queen, was reluctant to part with her son and followed her to the hillside of Wudang Mountain. Seeing the prince opposite, he shouted, "Son, turn around quickly!" " Even shouted eighteen times; After eighteen steps, the prince answered eighteen times on the opposite side, but even the eighteen steps were connected. This is the present "Prince's Slope" and "Eighteen Dishes Up and Down".

Sun Sheng finally caught up with her son's skirt. When the prince drew his sword and cut off his skirt, the queen let go, and the skirt flew into the river in the upper reaches of the Han River, becoming "Dabaoshan" and "Xiaobaoshan". The queen was still in hot pursuit, and the prince raised his sword and stabbed the mountain behind him. The mountain was divided into two halves, and a "sword river" appeared in the middle to separate the mother and son. Seeing that she could never catch up with her son, the queen burst into tears and washed a big hole in the ground, so there was a "tear pool".

It is not easy to climb Wudang Mountain, and it is even more difficult to cultivate immortals. Zhenwu sat quietly for ten years and did not realize the Tao. He feels lonely and often goes hungry and cold. He can't help but feel disheartened and want to go down the mountain and return to the world. Walking halfway up the mountain to a well, I saw a white-haired old woman grinding hard with an iron pestle in her hand, panting and sweating. Zhenwu puzzled and asked. The old woman replied, "ground into embroidery needles." Zhenwu feels even weirder. When does the iron pestle sharpen the needle? The old woman smiled and said, "Nothing is difficult in the world, if you put your mind to it. Elbow oil has the best polishing effect. ..... the work will naturally come. " Zhenwu suddenly realized and went back to the mountains to continue his practice. The old woman is said to have been changed by Xu Anjun, a Taoist sage with jade deficiency. The current "grinding needle well" is a small Taoist temple with exquisite and compact layout, not far from the Jade Palace. In the hall, a group of exquisite sculptures of old women grinding needles still exist. In front of the temple stood two barrels of thick iron pestles, black and shiny, symbolizing the pestle worn by the old woman.

When Taoist legend Zhenwu realized this, he returned to the mountains, lived in Nanyan, and sat quietly from morning till night. Birds build nests, lay eggs and hatch on his head, but he doesn't move; The thorns around him penetrated his feet and grew out of his chest. He still devotes himself to monasticism. He doesn't eat all the year round, and his stomach is noisy, so he takes it out to eat. Zhenwu practiced for forty-two years, and he became immortal, and he finally got the right result. At present, there is a stone hall carved from complete rock on the cliff of Nanyan Cliff, which is the most beautiful among 36 rocks. The sculptures of "Tian Zi Wolong Bed" and "Sanqing" in the stone chamber are lifelike, especially the 500 cast iron spiritual officials around the stone chamber. A mountain peak rises from the lower right of the stone hall, on which are the remains of dressing tables and rising platforms, echoing the buildings on the cliff. Legend has it that Zhenwu ascended from here to heaven.

Jin Dian Zhenwu Statue and Yongle Emperor

Jin Dian, also known as Jinding, was built at the top of Tianzhu Peak at an altitude of 1.600 meters in Wudang Mountain, which is the essence of ancient buildings in Wudang Mountain and unparalleled in the world. It was built in the 14th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (14 16). It is a palace with four slopes and double eaves, with a copper platform, 5.5 meters high, 5.8 meters wide and 4.2 meters deep. Corrugated rafters, purlins, cornices, windowsills, lintels, doorsills and gates are all cast copper components, riveted and welded, covered with red gold, resplendent and radiant, stretching for dozens of miles. Many grotesque animals are cast on the roof and the big kiss, which are lifelike. In the square of the main hall, there is a gilded bronze statue of Zhenwu Emperor, dressed in dragon robe and armor, with long hair, feet on the ground, sitting and lying in danger, with a round face and a magnificent posture, weighing 10 ton. On the edge, the golden boy holds the document, and the jade girl holds the treasure seal, which is stiff, obedient and elegant.

Speaking of this statue of the real army, there is another legend. In the early Ming Dynasty, Judy, the prince of Yan, rose up and seized the throne of his nephew, who was called Emperor Yongle. The royal family refused to accept it, but dared not openly oppose it. Most of them believe in Taoism, so they pray for Zhenwu Emperor to punish Yongle Emperor. In order to conquer people's hearts, Emperor Yongle decided to build on Wudang Mountain and fabricated the myth of "Zhenwu Blessing".

It is said that during the construction of Wudang Mountain, he paid special attention to the sculpture of Zhenwu Emperor. No one among the craftsmen has ever seen a fairy, and has shaped the Zhenwu God into a beautiful man. Emperor Yongle was always dissatisfied, so he punished many craftsmen. Later, Emperor Yongle summoned a craftsman named Ji. One day, while he was taking a bath, Master Ji came to ask what Zhenwu was like. Ming Chengzu stopped talking and let Master Ji look up. At this time, master Ji understood the meaning of the emperor. So, he cast a bronze statue of Jin Dian Zhenwu according to the appearance of Yongle Emperor's long hair and barefoot in the bath. After seeing it, Ming Chengzu praised it again and again, cut off a pinch of beard and put it on the idol's chin.

Kanatonouchi's throne, incense table, candle stand, bells and bowls are all made of copper and gold, with exquisite designs. Moreover, the statues, altars and incense tables in the temple. All of them are welded into a whole with the Golden Temple, with a total weight of about 865,438+00,000 Jin.

There is a gold-plated pearl hanging on the algae well in the temple, which is called "the fairy pearl for shelter from the wind". It is said that this treasure can prevent the mountain wind from blowing into the temple and ensure that the magic lamp in the temple will last forever.

The Golden Temple stands in Yun Biao, and there are many miracles. For example, every spring, the flying insects that cover the sun float to the Jinding and die, accumulating on the ground 1 extra feet, which is called "flying ants coming to the DPRK". During the thunder and lightning, lightning ignited a flame around the golden hall, but the golden hall was not damaged. It's the "Hall of Thunder and Fire". At sunrise after rain, Jin Dian's reflection is sometimes reflected in the sky, which is called "Jin Dian's reflection". At noon, after the rain clears, in the sun, there will be a beam of light rising into the sky, reflecting the light for the "ancestors." There are also "Tribman Temple" and "Thunder on the Flat Land". All these wonders come from the special texture structure of Jin Dian and the special natural conditions at the top of Tianzhu Peak.

After more than 500 years of snow and lightning, this golden palace is still brand-new and dazzling, standing on the top of Tianzhu Peak, which is really a miracle in the history of smelting and casting in China.
