Sit or stand, relax as much as possible, and reduce swallowing and throat clearing. Then the sampler takes out the cotton swab after hand disinfection, takes off the mask to his lips, leans his head back slightly, cooperates with the sampler to put on the mask and quickly leaves the sampling area.

3, serum detection

Sit down, relax as much as possible, stretch your body and show your arms to take blood. After the sampling personnel tied the tourniquet, they disinfected the blood collection site, then punctured the elbow vein and collected 5ml of blood with a vacuum negative pressure blood collection tube. After pulling out the puncture needle, press it with a cotton swab for about 5 minutes and leave without bleeding.

Third, matters needing attention

1. People who have recently undergone nasal surgery, have severe rhinitis, have tumors in the nasal cavity, have a severely curved nasal septum, and are prone to bleeding should be careful when doing nasopharyngeal swabs.

2, patients with perianal or perianal diseases, should be cleaned in advance when doing anal swab test, and inform the doctor.

3. If you feel unwell during sampling and want to cough, vomit or sneeze, cover it with paper towels or elbows. Don't throw discarded paper towels around at will, but put them in the medical waste trash can.
