Friends who are concerned about new energy vehicles should know that new energy vehicles have three core components: motor, battery and electronic control, which is the "three-electric system" of new energy vehicles. The motor consists of an upper cover, a lower cover and a shell. After the batteries are grouped, shell protection and metal cooling system are needed, and the electronic control components also need shell protection. Therefore, the manufacture of new energy vehicles requires a lot of metal shell processing.
The machining of metal shell is the main application field of single machine machining, horizontal machining, CNC lathe and gantry machining center. Therefore, recently, Taiqun has launched the overall solution of "Sandian" shell processing specifically for the domestic new energy vehicle manufacturing field. The stations in this scheme are T-V856S riser, T-V856H riser, T-V 1265S riser, T-VP955 riser, T-H1riser, G-M20 15L gantry and G.
Because there are too many details to be explained in detail, due to the limitation of space, this paper will be divided into three parts: motor processing, electronic control processing and battery protection system processing to introduce how Taiwan Province Group's precision machinery and equipment fully embrace the manufacturing of new energy vehicles. Today, I'd like to introduce "motor machining" to you.
Motor is the power source of new energy vehicles, equivalent to the engine of fuel vehicles, which shows the importance of motor for new energy vehicles. Because the motor is so important, the machining accuracy of the motor is also quite high. The parts that need to be processed by the motor generally include motor end cover, motor inner shell, motor outer shell, transmission bottom shell and transmission end cover.
Machining of motor end cover
The motor end cover is generally cast with gray cast iron and then surface treated. In particular, the contact part between the motor end cover and the motor shell needs a very precise contact surface, and the machining of the middle hole system is more complicated and accurate. Accuracy should be as high as IT6-IT7, surface roughness R 1.6 and roundness 0.008 to meet the requirements.
Multiple L-35H CNC lathes have a maximum machining diameter of 350mm, a maximum machining length of 500mm, a machining accuracy of 0.0 1 and a boring accuracy of 0.008, which fully meets the requirements for high-precision machining of large and small caliber motors. T-V856S+ four-axis vertical installation, drilling and tapping without burr, rolling and scratches, in actual processing, not only can realize concentric processing of bearing cavity and stop, but also can control the jumping of stop circle within 0.0 1, which ensures the high-precision machining of motor.
Therefore, according to the machining characteristics of the motor end cover, it is recommended to use the combination of L-35H CNC lathe to turn the reference plane and the middle fine hole +T-V856S workbench group to drill, tap and mill the side end face to complete efficient machining.
Machining of inner and outer shell of motor
The motor shell is a hollow cylinder, which is generally cast by gray cast iron. The coaxiality and roundness of the shell and the end cover assembly, as well as the coaxiality of the inner and outer circles at both ends of the shell, are very high, and the end faces are also required to be smooth to prevent the coolant from overflowing. Therefore, its accuracy should reach IT6-IT7 level, its surface roughness should reach R 1.6, and its roundness should reach 0.008, so as to ensure the good operation of the motor.
According to the characteristics of the motor shell, the overall solution for machining the shell and introducing the platform group is: the combination scheme of turning the datum plane and the middle fine hole on the L-35H CNC lathe+machining the holes at both ends of the T-V856s+broaching the inner groove of the broaching machine. It is suggested to adopt the combination scheme of L-35H CNC lathe datum +T-H 1 1 horizontal machining edge for external machining of shell.
Machining of end cover and bottom shell of motor transmission
The end cover and bottom shell of motor drive are generally die-cast aluminum alloy. Because it is a thin-walled part, it is easy to deform when clamping, so it is necessary to choose reasonable clamping positioning points and control cutting force when machining. At the same time, due to the high position requirement of gearbox hole system, there are many connecting holes and connecting surfaces. In addition, its bearing hole accuracy is IT6-IT7, surface roughness R 1.6, roundness 0.008 and position 0.0 1, which also requires very high machining accuracy. Therefore, it is suggested that the technology should be relatively centralized and the combination of vertical and horizontal machining centers should be adopted to realize efficient machining.
In view of the processing characteristics of this product, it is suggested to adopt the combined processing scheme of T-V856H vertical processing /T-VP955 vertical processing of both end faces +T-H 1 1 horizontal processing of side faces and machined surfaces.
