Chapter IV Production and Sales Article 20 Producers and sellers of tricycles and electric vehicles shall handle relevant production and operation qualifications according to law, and produce and sell tricycles and electric vehicles that meet national standards. Article 21 The producers, sellers and importers of electric and fuel tricycles and four-wheeled vehicles listed in the compulsory product certification catalogue shall entrust certification institutions designated by CNCA to certify the products they produce, sell or import. The seller shall provide the compulsory product certification certificate to the buyer for inspection. Twenty-second producers and sellers shall not produce or sell illegally assembled, assembled or modified tricycles and electric four-wheeled vehicles.
