4. Insufficient water pressure. Because the top floor is high, the water pressure will be slightly insufficient, and the tap water flow will be small, which may affect the ignition of the gas water heater and even cut off the water in serious cases.

5. It is inconvenient to escape. If there is a fire, it's true that escaping from the top floor is definitely not as fast as the first floor. Moreover, the heat and fire are generally rising, which is more dangerous.
