The reply of the sales department is that "the above requirements have been collected, and more refunds are made and less supplements are made". This is an illegal occupation of 0.45% of our house payment for one year (according to the existing owner 128 households, there are also 200,000 funds). Tenth, please ask your driver to find someone to solve the following problems: 1, the internal ceilings of both elevators are broken, please repair them. 2. Many owners also reported that the roof was leaking. Please deal with it. 3. The "House Purchase Contract" says: The water and electricity have reached the connected state, but now the water pipe is only connected to the home, how can it be used? Please answer or pay us to answer ourselves. 4. Many plastic steel doors and windows can't be opened or closed loosely, or even deformed. Please deal with them. 5. The junction box in the room is unreasonable. The junction boxes in the same apartment are different, and some are connected behind the water pipes. How to use them? For decoration?
