The more concentrated issues are sorted into proposals by the delegates and submitted to the conference for discussion. Whether there is a resolution or not, the proposals should be implemented one by one, and any questions should be answered.

Third, strengthen publicity. Before the meeting, the school should post publicity slogans and decorate publicity windows. When a formal meeting is held, the conference group shall issue an invitation letter to invite leaders at all levels and school leaders to attend the meeting, or invite representatives of teachers and students from brother schools to attend the opening ceremony.
