What is a two-star chapter?

This is a two-star red scarf medal. An award can be awarded to children who have outstanding performance after selection. Selection condition: 1. Consciously abide by the Young Pioneers' requirements in the Charter of the Chinese Young Pioneers, and abide by the China Code of Conduct, the primary code and the Student Code. Generally, they should be three excellent students at or above the school level or winners of red scarf medals in districts and counties. 2. Actively participate in the "Sunshine Heart Talk Action", "Experience Education Activity", "Young Eagle Action" and "Red Scarf Civilization Action", and show outstanding performance in the activities.

Red scarf:

The red scarf is the symbol of the young pioneers. It represents a corner of the red flag, dyed red by the blood of revolutionary martyrs. Every player should wear it and cherish it, adding new honor to it. 1950 from April 23rd to 27th, the Central Committee of the New Democratic Youth League of China held the first national meeting of working cadres for children, and established the red scarf as the symbol of the Young Pioneers.
