In 200*, I was mainly responsible for production, quality control, warehouse and other matters. Here is a brief summary of my work in 200* as follows.
1. Production Department. In 200*, new production operation specifications and piece counting models were formulated for production processes and equipment, and they are now running well. The review and renewal of certificates has also played a good role in promoting the standardization of production management. Now the records of each position are filled in normally. Although there have been several major production liability accidents, generally speaking, the production department employees have completed their own tasks well. 1. Strengthen on-the-job training and responsibility training for production workers to avoid low-level accidents due to operational errors. 3. Strengthen the sense of responsibility for custody. If there are cars in the raw material warehouse, a custodian must be present. This has been repeatedly emphasized to the custodian.
4. Finished product warehouse. After rectification, the image of the finished product warehouse has been greatly improved compared to before, but it is not the best. Compared with the finished product warehouses of other feed companies, we have many areas for improvement in terms of planning, palletizing and hygiene. Things that need to be improved in the finished product warehouse in 200*:
1. The goods card and account are consistent. This item will be inspected jointly by the Quality Control Department and the Finance Office, and if possible, random inspections will be carried out on a daily basis and on a regular basis. Finished goods inventory must be accurate to the bag.
2. The image of the small packaging department seriously affects the image of the entire finished product warehouse. Randomly hanging personal items, chaotic palletizing, and littering of packaging bags and fragrances are the current problems in the small packaging department. Measures must be taken to solve these problems in 200*, otherwise the small packages will have to be relocated.
3. The storage of finished products completely failed in 200*, and major delivery errors occurred continuously. In 200*, in addition to strengthening the professional ability and responsibility training for the storage of finished products, we will also make preparations for backup personnel, and replace them at any time if they fail.
5. Equipment team. I was in charge of the equipment team but I didn't do a good job.
Now I am just comparing the production processes between various companies. I personally don’t know much about infrastructure. In 200*, in addition to strengthening the understanding of infrastructure knowledge, mutual communication among team members should also be strengthened.
6. Coordination. Currently, the company pays pension insurance to ** people and medical insurance to ** people. Considering bandwidth issues, some computers are restricted from accessing the Internet. What needs to be done in 200*: develop software functions, strive to use all available functions, optimize internal circuits, and reduce the incidence of accidents caused by circuit connections.
8. Website. As a window to display the company's image, our website has not played its due role. Now I have repurchased a management program that does not require professional knowledge for website production and maintenance (the previous website was made by myself using software, and it took a lot of energy and time to achieve more than the gain.) The current software can be used by people with computer operation skills. personnel to perform background management updates.
9. *** Affairs. Daily reception service awareness needs to be improved.
10. Handle customer complaints. In 200*, all kinds of complaints were basically handled by me. After summarizing, I found that there is something wrong with my personal mentality. For complaints such as diarrhea, poor palatability, and not eating, I first suspected that it was a pig problem or a malicious complaint from a customer, and then I suspected a quality problem.
