This deployment arrangement reflects the kindergarten’s great emphasis on epidemic prevention and control and its highly responsible attitude towards the safety of the kindergarten. We believe that with the joint efforts of the whole society, we will be able to win the war against the new coronavirus epidemic as one, united as one, group prevention and group control! Kindergarten Epidemic Class Resumption Activity Plan Part 5
New semester, new beginning. The start of school this year is a little different from the past. Due to the epidemic, online classes have begun, and teachers act as anchors at home. Even if classes are suspended, learning will not stop, and classes will not stop studying. For this special start of school, we have made full preparations, from lesson preparation, teaching and research to the study of network technology, just to allow children to enjoy education at home.
In the new semester, I must carry out online tutoring work that is in line with the academic situation of the class according to the work arrangements and plans of the Education Bureau and the school. I have formulated the following personal plans after the start of school:
1. Combination Classroom teaching does a good job in the general cultivation of young children
This semester, I continue to serve as the subject responsible for the middle class. I give two classes to the middle class every day: health, society, handicrafts, origami, etc. I am also responsible for the health management of the activity room every day, making beds for nap children, folding quilts after sleeping, assisting the middle class class in serving meals, cleaning the room after meals, and taking care of the children during their naps, etc.
Preschool education is an arduous job that requires hard work from our preschool teachers. If we want to do a good job in early childhood education, we need our preschool teachers to be patient, careful, and responsible.
There are many new students this semester, accounting for 90% of the class. The children are young, with only five years old in the class and the youngest one only four years old. Most of the children in the class have poor daily routines, and children with weak self-care levels need teachers to constantly remind them that in their daily work, they must continue to consolidate the children's daily routines based on the "Society" and "Health" they teach. , require children to wash their hands before each meal, and pay attention to saving food when eating, so as not to drop rice grains. Children are required to have accurate sitting postures during class, and regular training of children is done in conjunction with classroom teaching. Listen carefully in class, don't make loud noises in the room after class, walk lightly, and don't run away with your legs up. Children should use polite language when talking to each other and do not use swear words. When leaving home for school in the morning, I say goodbye to my family and say, "Goodbye." When meeting the teacher for the first time, say: "Hello, teacher"! When saying goodbye to the teacher after school, say: "Goodbye, teacher"! Children are required to do things they can do by themselves, whether at home or at school, such as: putting on shoes, tying shoelaces, dressing up, etc. Clothes, fold quilts, wash hands and face, eat by yourself, organize school supplies, etc. Educate young children to pay attention to hygiene and not to throw away peels and waste paper. Listen to your parents at home, and listen to your teachers at school. Carry out activities for children in conjunction with classroom teaching. Praise the children immediately when they make some progress and put small red flowers on them so that the children in the class can adapt to the collective life of the kindergarten as soon as possible. New children at the beginning of school are all anxious, and some cry all day long. This requires our kindergarten teachers to be patient, considerate and concerned about the children's daily life from many aspects, and reduce the children's anxiety. Treat each child as his own child, draw the distance between himself and the child, find ways to make the children feel close to themselves, and educate the children patiently and meticulously so that they can integrate into the collective life of the kindergarten as soon as possible.
This semester I am also responsible for teaching handicrafts and origami. Handicrafts and origami are children’s favorite courses, so I must take these two courses seriously and patiently teach children to fold paper step by step. Various works, such as: folding boats, airplanes, kittens, puppies, rabbits, etc. You won’t teach it twice until you learn it, so don’t rush it. When teaching handicrafts, make good use of plasticine and teach children to make various works, such as: small snakes, small bowls, hedgehogs, villains, candied haws, etc. This semester, we completed 10 handmade works and 10 origami works with high quality and quantity.
2. Cooperate with the class teacher to carry out various activities
The self-service level of middle class children is weak. In my usual work, in addition to completing my own work, I participate in educational activities as much as possible , making educational activities more in-depth. As the weather gets warmer, outdoor activities take longer, so during outdoor activities, children must be carefully cared for and accidents must be prevented. Before outdoor activities, carefully check the venue and children's clothing to eliminate any safety hazards and assist class leaders in safety work.
Safety work is the top priority of all work. Our preschool teachers must enhance the awareness of "safety first" and pay attention to safety at all times and everywhere. And achieve: "Four Diligences", diligence in eyes, diligence in mouth, diligence in feet and diligence in hands. Deal with unsafe hidden dangers immediately to prevent any accidents and ensure the personal safety of children
At the same time, we must do a good job in safety education for children, regularly educate children on self-protection awareness, and educate children not to play with fire, chase, or play dangerous games.
Make children grow up healthily.
3. Do other work with a high sense of responsibility
In my daily work, I must take every job seriously. This semester I am also responsible for the hygiene and management of activities. I decided that the first thing I do when I come to the kindergarten every day is to clean the activity room. Clean and disinfect toys first, then wipe the floor. The items in the activity room should be neatly placed and organized. The items in the activity room must be wiped one by one to ensure they are spotless. At the same time, we must abide by the kindergarten's sanitation and disinfection system, eliminate sanitary blind spots, and ensure the cleanliness of the activity room. Give children a comfortable and warm activity space.
This semester I am also responsible for taking care of the children’s naps. I must be highly responsible in daily care and cannot be negligent for a moment. Before children go to bed, check whether they have brought anything to bed to prevent accidents. Don't be careless when your child is asleep, and pay attention to your child's safety at all times. Make children go to bed safely and get out of bed safely.
4. Improve your own quality
You should usually learn from experienced teachers and take advantage of others instead of your own shortcomings. Use your spare time to learn more about early childhood education theories, continue to accumulate early childhood education knowledge, and enrich early childhood education work experience. We must also continue to update early childhood education knowledge and continue to adjust our knowledge structure so that we can do a better job in early childhood education.
I also need to actively participate in continuing education and study, especially the "Everyone has a unique skill" activity to practice basic skills. What I am practicing is media usage skills. I have to take it seriously and have a correct attitude. Make a good practice plan and use your spare time to practice every day. Learn from young teachers with an open mind and don’t be ashamed to ask. Take it one step at a time and practice in a down-to-earth manner. As long as you have perseverance, confidence and perseverance, you will get significant results.
In short, we must be proactive, pioneering and innovative in our work, and continue to surpass ourselves. Show yourself in early childhood education with a positive, enterprising and knowledge-seeking heart, and successfully complete various tasks assigned by leaders.
