Legal analysis: 1. The tunnel protective shed should be set above the ground entrance of the project under construction and the tunnel within the possible falling radius of the building. The length of the protective shed at the ground entrance should depend on the height of the building, which is greater than or equal to the radius. When the building height is 2 ~ 5m, the radius is r = 3mh=5~ 15m, R = 4m; when h= 15~30m, r = 5mh》30m, R=6m. (according to appendix A. 1 of GB/T 3608-2008 Classification of Work at Height)

2. Fasteners, dense mesh safety nets of steel pipes and wooden boards shall be used for erection, and steel pipes shall be painted with yellow and black paint with a spacing of 300mm. When the passage is set overhead, in addition to the stable bottom support, two protective railings should be set at 0.6m and1.2m.. Fire extinguishers, safety warning signs and warning couplets are set at the entrance of the passage.

3. The top material of the protective shed can use a single layer of 50 mm planks or other materials with the strength equivalent to that of 50 mm planks, or use two layers of plywood instead. Both sides of the channel are closed with dense nets. (See article 5.0. 1 992, Safety Technical Specification for Gantry, Tick-tac-toe and Material Hoisting).

4. Set four 3kg ammonium phosphate dry powder fire extinguishers at the exit of the safe passage into the building.

Article 5 The principal responsible person of a production and business operation entity shall be fully responsible for the safety production of the entity.

Eighteenth the main person in charge of the production and business operation entity shall bear the following responsibilities for the safety production of the unit:

Establish and improve the safety production responsibility system of the unit;

(two) to organize the formulation of safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures of the unit;

(three) to organize the formulation and implementation of the unit's safety production education and training plan;

Ensure the effective implementation of the unit's safety production input;

(five) to supervise and inspect the work safety of the unit, and eliminate the hidden dangers of production safety accidents in time;

(six) to organize the formulation and implementation of the emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents in this unit;

(seven) timely and truthfully report the production safety accidents.
