(2) Assume the responsibility for the comprehensive supervision and management of production safety in the province, exercise comprehensive supervision and management powers in accordance with the law, guide, coordinate, supervise and inspect the work safety of relevant departments of the provincial government and the people's governments of cities and prefectures, supervise and evaluate and report on safety Implementation of production control indicators, supervision of accident investigation and accountability implementation.

(3) Responsible for the supervision and management of production safety in the province's industrial, mining and commercial trade industries and provincial enterprises, and supervise and inspect the implementation of safety production laws and regulations and their safety by industrial, mining and commercial production and operation units in accordance with the principle of classification and territoriality. (7) Formulate local standards and regulations for production safety in the industrial, mining and commerce industries, and organize their implementation; supervise and inspect the monitoring of major hazard sources and the investigation and management of hidden safety hazards, and investigate and deal with industrial, mining and commerce companies that do not meet the conditions for safe production in accordance with the law Production and business units and their violations of laws and regulations.

(8) Responsible for organizing production safety inspections and special inspections across the province, organizing the investigation and handling of major accidents and closing cases in accordance with the law as authorized by the provincial government, participating in the investigation and handling of particularly major accidents, and being entrusted to undertake particularly major accidents Responsible for the work related to the approval and closing of accidents, guide and supervise the investigation and handling of accidents, and supervise the implementation of accident investigation and accountability. (9) Responsible for organizing, guiding and coordinating production safety emergency rescue work, and comprehensively managing the statistical analysis of production safety casualties and production safety administrative law enforcement in the province. (10) Responsible for supervising and inspecting the simultaneous design, construction, and commissioning of safety facilities of new, renovated, and expanded projects within the scope of responsibilities and the main project; organizing the design of safety facilities for construction projects within the scope of responsibilities Review and completion acceptance.

(11) Organize, guide and supervise the main persons in charge, safety management personnel, special operations personnel, and special equipment operators used in coal mines (except for other special equipment operators) of the province's industrial, mining, commercial and commercial production and operation units. assessment work.

(12) Guide and coordinate the province's production safety testing and inspection work; be responsible for the qualification management of social intermediaries for production safety; supervise and manage social intermediaries for production safety and safety evaluation work, and supervise and guide registered safety engineers Professional qualification examination and registration management work.

(13) Supervise, guide, organize and coordinate the administrative law enforcement of production safety in the province. Formulate safety production science and technology plans, guide and coordinate major scientific and technological research and promotion work on safety production.

(14) Supervise the collection and management of production safety fees for coal mine production enterprises in cities, states, counties and cities; and work with the Provincial Department of Finance to be responsible for the collection, management and use of safety risk deposits for enterprises across the province.

(15) Organize and carry out external exchanges and foreign affairs work on production safety.

Responsible for the management of directly affiliated public institutions.

(16) Undertake the specific work of the Provincial Work Safety Committee.
