8. Scaffolding: It is strictly forbidden to mix steel and wood when selecting materials. The materials must meet the standards. The scaffolding has not been dismantled and digging foundations on the side is not allowed.

9. Reserved openings: Openings larger than 25cm should be protected with fixed covers, and openings larger than 50cm should be surrounded by two horizontal railings with a height of not less than 1m. 14. Raw and cooked food must be separated. The canteen must have screen windows, screen doors, screen covers, health permits, and a health responsibility system.
