3. Preliminary review of qualifications

3. Examination requirements

5. Recruitment
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no adverse reactions or objections that are verified to be untrue, they will be put on probation for half a year. The salary during the probation period is 1,500 yuan per month.
Those who pass the assessment after the probation period will go through the employment procedures and sign an employment contract. The salary of the hired personnel will be determined with reference to the current village general cadre standards; those who fail the assessment will not be hired.
