What attractions are included in the "Qingming Red Tour"?

During the Qingming Festival, many citizens will choose to go to Beijing’s red tourist attractions to pay homage to cemeteries, remember the martyrs, and enjoy flowers for an outing. In order to facilitate citizens’ travel during the Qingming Festival holiday, the Beijing Municipal Tourism Commission recently released a list of 120 red scenic spots and recommended 15 “Qingming Red Tour” themed tourist routes and attractions, combining Beijing’s classic red scenic spots with many popular flower viewing and outing spots. Together, they not only satisfy the general public's desire to remember the martyrs and pay tribute to the heroes, but also allow the citizens to enjoy the most beautiful spring scenery during their journey.

In the "Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery-Beijing International Sculpture Park" route, Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery will focus on carrying out a series of red cultural activities during the Qingming Festival, mainly including "calligraphy and ink sacrifices to the martyrs and praising the revolutionary aspirations" Theme Qingming pen meeting, the theme poetry recital of "Remembering the ancestors, never forget the original intention", the theme symposium "never forget the original intention, passing the fire from generation to generation", as well as the Young Pioneers activities, Party Day activities, and Qingming red public memorial activities.

Beijing International Sculpture Park is adjacent to Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery. The "Magnolia Garden" here covers an area of ??5 hectares and has more than 5,000 magnolias of 8 varieties. It is the largest magnolia ornamental garden in Beijing. From March 31st to May 1st, the "Magnolia Tea Party" will be held here. In the "Li Dazhao Martyr Cemetery-Shuangqing Villa-Beijing Botanical Garden" route, the Beijing Botanical Garden is a classic red scenic spot in Beijing. There are red scenic spots such as the "December 9th" Movement Memorial Pavilion in the park.
