Ingredients: 20g of laver, without sand.

Seasoning: sesame oil 1 .5g, white sesame1teaspoon, salt 1/4 teaspoon.

5. Bake in the oven preheated to 140 for 12- 15 minutes.

Cooking tips:

1, when roasting laver, don't set the oven temperature too high to avoid scorching. If you don't have an oven at home, you can put the mixed laver into a wok and fry it with low heat.
