Who knows Lu Xun's > The detailed background?
Liu Hezhen (194-1926) was born in Nanchang, Jiangxi.
Liu Hezhen was born in a poor family. Since childhood, he has developed the character of being hardworking, studious and enterprising. In the autumn of 1918, he was admitted to Nanchang Women's Normal School with excellent results. On the eve of the May 4th Movement, influenced by the revolutionary trend of thought, she often read progressive books such as New Youth, and realized that new women were responsible for reforming the old China and the old system, and actively engaged in anti-imperialist and anti-feudal practices. After the May 4th Movement broke out, she began her revolutionary career if she ignored the obstruction of the school authorities and organized her classmates to take to the streets to give speeches and boycott Japanese goods.
At that time, the school rules of Nanchang Women's Teachers' College were strict. Together with her progressive classmates, she contacted Nanchang Students' Federation and set up a student autonomy fund for women teachers' colleges. The school was forced to cancel the unreasonable school rules, while Liu Hezhen, one of the leaders, was punished by "recording big mistakes". In 1921, Liu Hezhen continued to lead his classmates to declare war on feudal forces, and initiated women's haircut in Jiangxi. The female teacher quickly set off a climax of hair cutting, with more than 1 people having their hair cut in three or two days. The school authorities thought that she was "the first to advocate hair cutting, which was immoral" and was ordered to drop out of school. In the winter of the same year, Liu Hezhen and others initiated and organized a progressive group "Jueshe" in Nanchang, and edited Times Culture Monthly and Women Teachers Weekly.
In the autumn of p>1923, Liu Hezhen came to Beijing from Jiangxi, where she was admitted to the National Beijing Women's Higher Teachers' College and later promoted to the English Department of Women's Normal University. During her study, she often went to Peking University to attend the courses such as Sociology and History of Feminist Movement taught by Li Dazhao, which were widely spread after returning to school. She is also a loyal reader of Lu Xun's works. Because of her progressive thinking, excellent grades, and being good at uniting her classmates, she was deeply respected and trusted by her classmates and was elected as the chairman of the student self-government association of the Women's Normal University.
Yang Yinyu, the president of the Women's Normal University, was dissatisfied with the progressive teachers and students because she tried her best to maintain feudal ethics. In November 1924, the movement of expelling Yang broke out, which was the famous trend of women's normal universities in the history of women's movement in our country. Liu Hezhen, as the president of the Student Autonomy Association of Women Normal University, is the main organizer and participant of this trend. Entrusted by her classmates, she drafted the declaration of expelling Yang, and wrote an article to expose the shameless denial of reactionary scholar Chen Xiying, which was rational, powerful and restrained. At the instigation of Zhang Shizhao, the education chief, Liu Baizhao led the military police to break into the school, hired more than 1 female thugs to beat up students, and forced them to leave school without electricity, water and cooking. On August 1th, the Ministry of Education issued an order to close the women's normal university.
After the "closure" of the Women's Normal University, with the support of famous professors such as Lu Xun, classes continued in Zongmao Hutong in the Western Regions. More than 2 people, including Liu Hezhen, filed a joint petition to prosecute Zhang Shizhao and others in the local prosecutor's office of the capital. The northern revolutionary movement was constantly tense. Duan Qirui government officials fled from Beijing in succession, and Zhang Shizhao also fled to Tianjin. After a hard struggle, the female normal university returned to the former site of Shifuma Street and the students marched back to school from Zongmao Hutong. On December 11th, the class was officially started. Under the auspices of Liu Hezhen, more than 3 people held a meeting to celebrate the victory of the struggle.
on March 12, 1926, Japanese ships sailed to dagukou for provocation, and then gathered the great powers to issue an ultimatum to the China government, making unreasonable threats. People from all walks of life in Beijing are extremely indignant. Liu Hezhen said, "If you resist power from outside, you must have a gun to get rid of the national thief from inside.": "If the warlords don't fall, the cause of education will fail. After the warlords are defeated, it's not too late for me to become a teacher."
At 8 o'clock in the morning on March 18th, Professor Lin Yutang received a phone call from Liu Hezhen, asking for permission to suspend classes for one day in the name of the student self-government association. On this day, Liu Hezhen was constantly vomiting from time to time, regardless of her illness, she mobilized and organized her work. She distributed the banner to the students, gave a short and passionate speech, then held high the school flag and led the team to set off. The students from the Women's Normal University came to the Tiananmen National Congress, and the bloody clothes of the representatives who had been stabbed the day before were hung on the rostrum. After the meeting, at 12 noon, more than 2, people began to demonstrate, with Liu Hezhen as the commander of the women's normal university team.
The guards in front of the government in Duan Qirui, Iron Lion Hutong, are armed with bullets, and some soldiers are pointing fingers at Liu Hezhen holding the school flag. Aim the evil gun at Liu Hezhen. The gun went off and a premeditated massacre began. In a moment, Liu Hezhen was shot several times and lay in a pool of blood. Zhang Jingshu and Yang Dequn, who went with them, rushed to help. She said, "You should go quickly. I can't do it. Leave me alone." Still so gently concerned about classmates. A row of guns ejected, and Zhang Jingshu and Yang Dequn fell beside her. Fierce soldiers rushed over and hit Liu Hezhen with wooden sticks ...

Recall this "always smiling and kind" student; Mourn for "the youth of China who died for China"; Praise the "Bravery of China Women" for "I feel sorry for myself".
