How are gold foil medals made?

Tools: 1 computer 2 color printer or photo printer 3 plastic packaging machine or cold pasting machine (no temperature requirement) 4 drum cutter.

Production process:

1. First, sort out the medals, business cards, badges and department cards that need to be made in the computer. Pay attention to measure the required size of medals, etc., and then print them on transparent film with color inkjet printer or photo printer (it must be set to mirror printing and printed on the ink-absorbing surface of transparent printing film).

2. Gently uncover one end of the transparent protective layer of the high transparent double-sided adhesive tape (both sides of the high transparent double-sided adhesive tape have protective layers, one side is a transparent layer, and the other side is a white backing paper layer) by hand. Be careful not to uncover too much to avoid dust, so that it can be mounted together with the transparent film printed in step 1 with a plastic sealer or a cold mounter (no air is allowed, otherwise the material will be invalid).

3. According to the internal dimensions of gold foil medals and other materials, cut the printed film pasted together in step 2 with a roller cutter, then gently uncover one end of the white backing paper layer of high transparent double-sided adhesive tape about 0.5 cm, being careful not to uncover it too big to avoid dust, and then paste it with gold foil medals and other materials with a plastic packaging machine or a cold mounting machine.

4. Finally, stick the common double-sided adhesive tape (generally, it is best to choose the common double-sided adhesive tape with the width of 1-2 cm) on the back and middle of the made gold foil product (gold foil material), and stick it with wooden pallet ("Mupai"), and master the left and right distance to complete the gold foil medal.
