What's the difference between a risk control area and a control area?

With the division of the three regions, differentiated circle management is formed.

Second, the control measures are different. 1. Closed (closed) area: The closed area shall be "closed area, never leaving the house, with door-to-door service", and the home isolation measures shall be strictly implemented, and 24-hour patrol duty shall be arranged to prevent people from going out for activities, so as to stay indoors, never leaving the house and deliver necessary living materials to the door. If you really need to go out for medical treatment, you must issue a certificate by the community, review and register, arrange a special car, provide personal protection throughout the whole process, and implement closed-loop management. All personnel in the sealed control area should be tested for nucleic acid once a day. 2. Control area: In the control area, prevention and control measures such as "people don't leave the area, people don't get together" are implemented. In principle, the control area stays at home (except for participating in the unified nucleic acid screening), and each household can arrange 1 person to go to the designated place in the community to buy living materials in different regions and in different periods under the premise of strict personal protection. For those who really need to go out for medical treatment, the community will issue a certificate and do a good job in auditing and registration. All entry-exit personnel must carry out verification, code inspection, temperature measurement, registration and 48-hour nucleic acid test report. Do a good job in environmental disinfection and room ventilation. All other closed public places are closed except shopping malls, supermarkets and farmers' markets to ensure the normal living needs of residents. (According to the requirements, the whole staff will be tested for nucleic acid every Thursday and Sunday) 3. Prevention zone: the prevention zone will implement "strengthening social management and strictly limiting the scale of personnel gathering". Strictly limit the gathering of people, strictly implement measures such as entering indoor public places to make an appointment for peak shift, measuring temperature, scanning code, wearing masks, etc., delimit shopping areas, limit shopping time, and go out at peak shift. Shopping malls, supermarkets and farmers' markets in the prevention area restrict passenger flow, restaurants are forbidden to eat in the hall, and other entertainment closed places are closed.

Third, the lifting standards are different. 1, closed area: The closed area can be lifted when the following conditions are met at the same time: (1) There are no new cases or asymptomatic infected people in this area in recent 14 days; (2) The last close contact in this area was exposed for more than 14 days, and the nucleic acid test was negative; (3) 2 days before unsealing, all personnel in the jurisdiction completed a round of nucleic acid screening, all of which were negative. 2. Control area: The control can be released when the following conditions are met at the same time: (1) There are no new cases or asymptomatic infected persons in this area in recent 14 days; (2) The last close contact in this area was exposed for more than 14 days, and the nucleic acid test was negative; (3) All personnel in the area completed a round of nucleic acid screening 2 days before the control was released, and all were negative. 3. Warning zone: All closed control zones and control zones in the county (district) are unsealed and deregulated.
