There will be a wide range of outdoor outdoor activities in the town. During the peak fire period, wild fire source management becomes more difficult and forest fire hazards become more prominent. In order to effectively prevent forest fires during the White Dew and National Day holidays, and effectively prevent and promptly respond to the occurrence of sudden forest fires, this plan is specially formulated.

Strengthen organizational leadership

In order to conscientiously carry out forest fire prevention work during the White Dew and National Day holidays and ensure the implementation of various preventive measures, the town government established the Forest Fire Prevention Work During the White Dew and National Day holidays Leadership group.

Extensive publicity

Use paper money and other useful ways to pay homage to ancestors, and change the old habit of burning incense, paper money and setting off firecrackers.

Highlight key points and strengthen inspections

During the White Dew period, focus on strengthening the monitoring and inspection of the main entrances to the mountains at the top of each village (including natural villages), and persuade worshipers not to bring incense, paper money, or firecrackers , matches (lighters) and other fire sources into the mountains, and do a good job in publicity, guidance and service organization. The town forestry station and Baopian leaders and Baopian village cadres should go to each village to ban the illegal use of fire in the wild. Forestry departments should promptly investigate and punish behaviors such as burning field grass, setting off firecrackers, burning paper money, lighting incense and candles, and having random picnics in forest areas to eliminate fire hazards. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and implementation of forest rangers' performance of their duties on duty, and give full play to the role of forest rangers on front-line patrols and forest protection.

Seriously prepare for fire safety and fire fighting

During the Bailu and National Day holidays, the staff of the town forestry station must stick to their posts, and at the same time prepare and replenish various fire-fighting materials and perform equipment maintenance , ensure that fire extinguishing equipment is in good performance and make preparations for forest fire fighting. Semi-professional fire-fighting teams in towns and villages must be assembled and on standby. Once a fire is received, they can be dispatched quickly to extinguish the fire quickly, so as to "fight early, fight small, and fight". It is strictly forbidden to assign cadres who have no experience in commanding fire fighting to command fire fighting. It is strictly forbidden to organize young girls, the elderly, the sick and the disabled, as well as primary and secondary school students to participate in forest fire fighting. After the fire is extinguished, , we must carefully organize the cleanup of the remaining fire, leave enough personnel to guard it according to the size of the fire scene, and designate a dedicated person to take charge of the scene to strictly prevent the resurgence of the fire.

Strengthen duty dispatch

During the Bailu and National Day holidays. , all villages and town forestry stations should strengthen their duties to ensure smooth flow of information and timely reporting of fires according to prescribed procedures.
