IV. Work Requirements

1. Raise awareness and strengthen leadership.

The state strives to create a safe, smooth, civilized and harmonious transportation environment.

2. Focus on education and achieve outstanding results

Carry out meticulous traffic safety education work through class meetings, team meetings, broadcasts and other forms. This activity focuses on student education. Each school must set up at least one traffic safety education class per week in the curriculum, arrange the educational content in a solid and effective manner, and allow traffic safety education to penetrate into daily teaching; it must be highly valued. Traffic safety education work should be guided by correct publicity and education so that students can gain true knowledge of traffic safety; students' safety awareness should be continuously enhanced, and opportunities should be given to students at the beginning of school, holidays, spring and autumn outings, parent meetings and flag-raising ceremonies. Carry out relevant traffic safety education.

3. Strengthen publicity and create an atmosphere.

There has been an upsurge in studying the "Road Traffic Safety Law", paying attention to traffic safety and maintaining traffic order. Actively organize and carry out traffic safety law publicity and education activities, and hold lively and campus-specific "Eight Ones" (a month of publicity broadcasts, a theme publicity window and blackboard newspaper, a theme class meeting, and a traffic safety education lecture , a traffic safety photo exhibition, a letter to parents, a special speech under the national flag, a literary performance and knowledge competition) publicity activities, give full play to the publicity and guidance role of the school's "broadcast station" and the Young Pioneers Brigade, and open up the "traffic "Safety" special column, arrange a certain time every week to promote traffic safety knowledge.

4. Highlight the theme and strengthen the activities. Carry out traffic safety activities in conjunction with school safety work, and designate June and October as "Traffic Safety Education and Publicity Months". The June activity month mainly highlights the awareness of "obeying rules and laws, starting from me, starting from now" theme, October will highlight the application theme of "I am a little traffic policeman". At the same time, we must organize and carry out traffic safety knowledge competitions and traffic safety cartoon competitions to continuously expand the educational effect, strive to cultivate students' awareness of consciously abiding by traffic laws and regulations, maintain traffic order, and continuously create a good traffic safety environment.

5. The police and citizens should build traffic safety and civilized schools. Hire traffic police as off-campus counselors, ask traffic police to make a special report on traffic safety knowledge for the school at least once every semester, and guide the school to carry out a variety of educational publicity and practical activities. It is necessary to give full play to the role of traffic police counselors and legal vice principals, actively invite them into classrooms, families, and students, and build a trinity education network of school, family, and society. The school must organize at least one or two large-scale theme education activities every year, and invite the traffic police or the vice principal of legal affairs to the school to give special education classes.

6. Sum up experience and deepen activities.
